Check-in: 3PM. It is recommended to notify us of an arrival time outside of the hours of 3pm - 6pm. We will accommodate late check-ins with prior arrangements.

Check-out: 11AM. Late check outs must be pre arranged prior and only if there are no conflicting same day Check-ins.

Advance Deposit & Cancellation:

Good Place Farms requires an advance deposit 50% of your stay and will be charged at the time of booking. The balance is due upon arrival. Special event such as weddings and college event stays are to be paid in full at the time of booking. All special and collegiate events are non refundable. All other reservations are subject to a partial refund if canceled 30 before checkin date. No refunds for reservations when canceled within 15 days of checkin.

Occupancy:

Rates are based on double occupancy. Our over sized Suites 3,4 and 5 feature two private queen bedrooms with full size sofa sleepers that can accommodate up to 6 guests with existing bedding. There is a $25 per night charge for each additional occupant. Please note that although convenient, the sleeper sofas do not offer the same level of comfort for adults as our beds. Please let us know if you will need to use the sleeper sofas so that we can have bedding prepared.

Parking:

Good Place Farms Bed and Breakfast guests enjoy free onsite parking. For event parking we have adjacent fields on the lower farm. Contact us for all event inquiries.

Smoking:

Good Place Farms is a completely non-smoking facility. There is a $200 per day fine for smoking in a guest room or other parts of the Bed and Breakfast. Smoking is not allowed on balconies or decks for the comfort of other guests. You are allowed to smoke in designated areas away from the building.

Pets:

Good Place Farms has a limited number of pet friendly suites. We accept pets up to 80lbs, 2 per suite. There is a $50 non-refundable fee required. Guests are responsible for all damages that may be caused by their pet, including noise, and will be required to sign a pet agreement at check in. Call or email us with any questions or to request a full copy of the pet agreement in advance of your arrival. Should we not be notified that you are bringing a pet in advance, we reserve the right to apply a $150 deep cleaning fee if we are not able to provide a pet friendly room at check in.
